Baptist Men

The Brotherhood at BBC is very much associated with the NC Baptist Men. We provide leaders for the R.A.’s who in turn provide leadership in the development of Christian teenagers. The Brotherhood has a speaker at the church service at Yadkin Nursing Care Center each month on the first Sunday. We are very involved in mission work in our community, such as roofing, building decks, handicap rams and house construction. We have made several trips to Gulfport, Mississippi; Tarboro, North Carolina and Atlantic, North Carolina to do hurricane damage repair. We go to West Virginia every Father’s Day to work a few days on repairing or starting a new church building.

By being involved in these works we have become more mature Christians. We have the opportunity to use our words and our actions to show Jesus to the lost. Another way we lead in helping others is through our local missions and through our loose change offerings that are taken each Sunday and used entirely for local needs.
